At Poplio, we craft each product made to order, ensuring responsible production and minimizing waste. We encourage customers to be mindful and prudent when placing orders, as this supports our sustainability efforts.
To reduce unnecessary shipping and environmental impact, we offer returns or refunds only if the item you receive is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
For a smooth and sustainable resolution process, the item must remain in the condition it was received, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund for a damaged or defective product, once the original item is received, inspected, and the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like.
We will arrange the pickup of the damaged or defective item as part of the return process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
